For those of you who don’t know, I was recently unable to workout and was completely sedentary/bedridden for almost 3 months (end of Jan-early April) due to a back injury?. During that time I gained weight, lost a lot of muscle and watched pretty much everything on Netflix?. I did my best to keep posting on IG but my confidence/self image was low and I was pretty depressed?. In the last month I have finally been able to be active again, and get back to the gym. Although I am still not as strong/fit as I was before, I have seen progress, I am back to my original weight, and am working on building back my muscle tone! TAG A FRIEND WHO NEEDS SOME MOTIVATION TO GET BACK IN SHAPE! ??
